Kia ora Taliyah,
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your wonderful poem about the colour blue. I thought your choice of images were very powerful and helped me think of lots of things that are blue. Here is a sentence I made up inspired by your poem:
Blue feels like diving into the depths of the ocean and swimming with dolphins and whales.
What do you think? Have I captured the colour blue?
Keep up the great learning and blogging,
:) Sharon - Te Ara Tūhura Education Programme Leader
Kia ora Taliyah,
DeleteI'm so glad you liked my sentence. In answer to your question the 'image' you created was through the words like blueberries or clouds touching blue ... Words create images in our mind. That is the job of a writer. And you are a poetry writer, or I should say ... poet!
I hope that answers your question. What other images does the word blue create for you?
:) Sharon
Kia ora Taliyah,
DeleteI'm glad I answered your question and that my information helped you learn something new. I'm hoping we see some blue in the sky very soon.
Have a great school day!
Sharon
