Hi everyone today I decided to do a SLJ ( Summer Learning Journey ) activity because I was bored in the morning and had nothing else to do. So for today I chose this activity where I had to make a copy of this google drawing telling me what to do for this activity, then choose my background that I wanted to go along with this activity, after that I got to choose 5 words that made me think of summer, and then once I had done all of those steps the next 2 steps were very easy ( download as a PNG and blog post it on your blog ).

What amazing words you have chosen to snapshot what raumati (summer) means to you! It is an amazing time to relax, spend time with whānau and friends, and eat yummy food! Do you like going to the beach or a river to cool off from the hot weather?

DeleteYes I think I did the SLJ last year as well because I can see I did some blog posts about them last year but I can't remember if I actually signed up or did it for fun.
No, I actually, surprisingly don't like going to the beach or river because I have a little fear of driving near water to get there in case we fall in and drown so I just like to do some of the things that I have listed down.
Yes, there are so many activities you can do during the summer with your family and friends. One of my favourites things to do during the summer would have to be arts and crafts stuff like ( drawing, sketching, colouring, creating and more ... )!
I hope you are having an amazing day if you are keep that going and if your not I hope you cheer yourself up during the day and night.

Yes arts and crafts are so fun! What is crochet? No I haven't got any projects on the go, but I do wish we had something like that at our school to do during the school holidays!

DeleteCrochet is with a hook and yarn! It is super fun, I have made some teddy bears recently for my baby nephews!! Hmmm maybe see around the house? There might be something there for you to do! Or keep an eye out for some crafty SLJ activities! There's often an art related one to do!
